Any company vehicle: cars, vans, trucks, construction machinery and equipment. Each vehicle has a record with data, documents, maintenance, deadlines and the site it is assigned to.
Does V-Site remind me of vehicle deadlines?
Yes. Inspections, services, insurance, road tax and periodic checks go into the company deadline tracker, with automatic alerts to the people responsible before they fall due.
Do vehicle costs go into site costs?
Yes. When a vehicle is assigned to a site, its use goes into the vehicles category of that site's cost control, together with materials, labour and expenses.
Can V-Site connect to vehicle tracking platforms?
Yes, with the Vehicles 4.0 add-on, available from the Premium plan. The cost depends on the number of platforms to integrate; platforms not yet integrated are assessed with a technical analysis.
