How far in advance do alerts arrive?
You decide for each type of deadline: for example 60, 30 and 7 days before. Alerts arrive in the app, by email and on the dashboard, to the people you have named as responsible.
Can I attach documents to a deadline?
Yes. You can attach the document (certificate, policy, attestation) to each deadline and, when you renew it, the history stays available: you always know who renewed what and when.
Do workers' deadlines block assignment to sites?
If you want, yes. You can set V-Site to flag or prevent assigning a worker to a site if their medical check or safety training has expired.
