Does V-Site process payroll instead of my payroll provider?
No. V-Site prepares attendance and hours in a report ready for your payroll provider or payroll software, then delivers the processed payslips to workers in the app. Tax processing stays with whoever does it today.
How do workers receive their payslip?
You upload the PDFs (in bulk, too) and V-Site automatically matches them to each employee. The worker gets a notification, opens the payslip in the app and delivery is recorded with date and time.
Are payslips secure?
Each worker sees only their own documents, protected by personal login. The office and the administrator have separate, logged permissions. No document travels via WhatsApp or email.
Can I also distribute tax statements, contracts and notices?
Yes. Besides monthly payslips you can upload annual tax statements, contracts, letters and company notices, individually or for groups of employees, always with read receipts.
