Attendance management: your questions answered
How is overtime calculated?
In V-Site you set the contractual working hours for each worker or group. Hours above the threshold, night hours and holiday hours are classified automatically according to the rules you define, and the office can still adjust them before closing the month.
Can I manage leave, holidays and sick days?
Yes. Workers request leave and holidays from the app, the manager approves with one tap and the absence appears in the site attendance calendar. Sick leave and injuries are recorded by the office.
Can hours be split across several sites on the same day?
Yes. If a worker clocks in at two sites on the same day, the hours are split between them automatically, so labour cost stays assigned to the right job.
Is the attendance report compatible with my payroll provider?
The monthly report is exported to Excel and PDF with regular hours, overtime, absences and reasons for each employee: a format any payroll provider can import or review.
