Can I manage maintenance contracts with recurring jobs?
Yes. For each client or site you set the recurring jobs (monthly, quarterly, yearly): V-Site creates them in the calendar, assigns them to the crew and warns you if one is left uncovered.
How do I handle urgent unscheduled calls?
The office opens the job, picks the nearest available crew and notifies them in the app. The technician clocks in on site and the hours go to the right client, even if the job wasn't planned.
Can technicians work at several sites on the same day?
Yes. Each site or installation has its own QR code; hours are split automatically between the clients visited during the day.
Does V-Site replace my invoicing software?
